The CT525 is based on the 6.2L LS3, but we’ve adapted it to circle track racing with a carbureted intake manifold, a high-lift roller camshaft, 6-quart racing oil pan and more.

Chevrolet Performance CT525 Circle Track long block crate engines are based on the latest-generation LS engine family. They deliver serious power for serious racing series, including Super Late Model and similar series. They're rated at 533 hp with 477 lbs.-ft. of torque! The engines are similar to the LS3 V8s that are standard in the Chevrolet Corvette, but they've adapted them to Circle Track racing with a carburetor intake manifold, 6-quart racing oil pan, and more.
These engines are lightweight and strong, using an aluminum block with cross-bolted, 6-bolt main caps, and high-flow LS3 rectangular-port cylinder heads.
