I purchased this for a 2007 JD Gator TX with the 13 hp Kawasaki engine. Had intermittent starting issues for a long time. I had removed, disassembled starter; cleaned and put back together. Everything inside looked OK. Had cleaned all wire terminal connections; many were very dirty, but still had the intermittent starting issue. Not sure the difference in price. I paid about $55 for this starter and now see it is listed around $145 or so. The ad stated it is a Stens and it may be. My box has Megafire on it. It looks exactly like the original and works 100%. No more intermittent starting. I had previously also bought a new solenoid thinking that could be the issue, but that was half the cost of my $55 deal. It did take around 3 weeks to receive, but I am very happy.
